In order to register for the Tournament of Champions, your club must do the following:
- E-mail niutournamentofchampions@yahoo.com letting us know you intend to enter the tournament, you will then be emailed a registration form
- Mail the completed form with the entry fee enclosed to the following address:

- All registration forms and entry fees must be mailed by March 31, 2009 in order for your team to be entered into the tournament
- The entry fee is $275 if sent before March 1 and $300 if it is sent after that date
- No teams will be given a bracket spot until payment has been received, but they will appear on the wait list
- Registered teams that pull out of the tournament after March 31, 2009 will not receive a refund, but may negotiate a sale of their spot to another team on the wait list (notify us if this comes up)
